Teciem designs, builds, and delivers treasury and capital markets software solutions for financial institutions worldwide. We serve banks of every size and geography, offering the right setup for the right need.

Our solutions are designed to replace multiple disconnected systems with one complete, front-to-back platform, helping customers to capture trading and business opportunities quickly, clearly and with control. We cover the entire trading lifecycle, ensuring that everything - from execution to position keeping, to risk management – runs smoothly.

With decades of experience and one of the largest, most diverse client bases in the industry, we turn deep industry knowledge into software that covers most asset classes, meets complex real-world treasury and capital market's needs, and adapts as markets evolve.

Role Overview: Teciem is building the next chapter of a market‑leading treasury and capital markets software solutions. With a refreshed brand, a loyal enterprise customer base, and a critical transition of its flagship products to the cloud, Teciem is investing in a Product Marketing Lead to define how it tells its story in market. We are hiring a Product Marketing Lead to be the bridge between the product and the market. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role, in which you will work closely with Product, Sales, GTM and Customer Success teams to develop and own the standards for how we position, message, and take to market our flagship products.

What Success Looks Like: Customers understand our products better, quicker. Sales teams know exactly how to tell and sell the story. Marketing campaigns perform better because of the sharp targeting and positioning. And together that means better opportunities, higher win rates, more cross-selling and expansion, stronger retention, and smoother, faster launches, updates and other rollouts.

What You Will Do:

  • Own and drive the portfolio story - define and document product positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the portfolio.
  • Own customer, competitive and market intelligence for our product and solution portfolio and use it to drive commercial success through sharp positioning.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle GTM plays, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful product updates, feature releases, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Translate customer pain points into compelling expansion stories and use-case driven messaging and content streams.
  • Work with the demand generation team to deliver product-led content for campaigns.
  • Define the core narrative used across Sales, Customer Success, and SDRs.
  • Create and action enablement assets including decks, case studies, battlecards, FAQs, and objection handling.
  • Standardize, and elevate launches and updates: Design and own a simple, tiered launch framework (from small enhancements to major releases).
  • Lead, mentor and support the PMM team. Support and develop Product Marketers in thinking, craft, and execution.
  • Set goals, priorities, and ways of working and act as a hands-on leader: close to the work but focused on leverage and consistency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related discipline.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B Product Marketing, ideally within fintech or enterprise software, with experience driving go‑to‑market strategy and product adoption.
  • Experience in managing or mentoring product marketing teams (no matter the size).
  • Experience positioning complex, mission‑critical products.
  • Passion for using AI to enhance PMM role and processes.
  • Genuine curiosity about how LLMs can help you create better ICP, connect insights like win-loss analysis and create better content and positioning as a result.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills: you can explain complex products in simple, direct language.
  • Can partner credibly with Product and Sales leaders, balancing technical depth with commercial outcomes.
  • Comfortable talking to customers and prospects and turning what you learn into clear recommendations.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented mindset.
  • Self-directed and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
