The Role

  • Welcome showroom visitors and offer professional, tailored advice on our glass sliding walls and garden canopies.
  • Listen to customer needs and translate them into the right solutions.
  • Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations, ensuring a seamless sales process.
  • Achieve personal sales targets and actively contribute to the team’s overall success.
  • Take on coordinating tasks within the department.
  • Coach, guide, and provide feedback to our customer advisors.
  • Train new employees.
  • Make proposals regarding process improvements within the department.

About You

  • Solid sales experience (2–4 years), ideally in a retail or showroom environment.

  • Team-oriented, with the willingness to mentor and support junior colleagues.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Flexible to work weekends and in line with showroom opening hours.
