This role sits within Future Channels & Engagement of our Sales Solution Division and reports into the Head of Product. Lead a product team within our Sales Solutions area, focusing on enhancing TUI's digital sales capabilities across retail, web, app, and future platforms. You'll define, design, and deliver product features while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create exceptional customer experiences. This vacancy can be located at any of our headquarters within the market locations.
About The Job
- You’ll lead product discovery and ideation by researching customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify and validate new product opportunities.
- We’ll rely on you to take end-to-end ownership of product features, from conception to delivery, working with multidisciplinary teams to create intuitive user experiences.
- Your expertise will drive the delivery of product features through agile methodologies, removing roadblocks and ensuring solutions meet business requirements.
- Managing a prioritized backlog aligned with business strategy will be key, balancing technical debt, new features, and improvement work.
- Collaboration with stakeholders across the business will ensure requirements are understood and effectively implemented.
- You’ll establish and track KPIs to measure feature performance, creating feedback loops for continuous improvement.
About You
- You bring proven experience in product management, preferably in digital products or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of digital merchandising and personalization technologies.
- Working in agile/scrum environments with cross-functional teams comes naturally to you, as does translating business requirements into product features.
- Your analytical mindset enables you to use data effectively to inform decisions and optimize product performance.
- Communication and collaboration are your strengths, allowing you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across a global organization.
- Experience with product discovery, validation techniques, and A/B testing methodologies helps you create products that truly resonate with customers.
