ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll be joining the Digital Sales Analytics team at a formative moment — we're growing the team and building out how we join up reporting and insight across the business, and you'll help shape how that takes form, not just inherit it.
  • Support core trading analytics, reporting and deep-dive insights across sales, traffic and conversion to inform digital growth strategy and commercial decisions.
  • Help generate actionable recommendations to optimise commercial performance, marketing effectiveness and merchandising strategies.
  • Build and maintain scalable, automated reporting and dashboards, supporting self-service and strong data governance (primarily using Adobe Analytics).
  • Analyse promotional performance, pricing changes and incident impacts — including incrementality and cannibalisation analysis — to quantify revenue risk and support trading decisions.
  • Support A/B and multivariate testing by helping define success metrics, analysing results, and translating findings into optimisation opportunities.
  • Partner with commercial, merchandising and marketing teams to understand customer behaviour, identify sales trends and support personalisation initiatives.
  • Communicate clear, insight-led findings to stakeholders across the business.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in digital analytics or a data-driven commercial role, with an analytical mindset and commercial curiosity.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight for non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (our primary platform) — familiarity with Adobe Target a plus.
  • Experience with, or willingness to develop skills in, Google-stack tools such as GA4, BigQuery or Looker Studio.
  • Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and drawing out meaningful insight independently.
  • Strong Excel skills; SQL experience useful but not essential.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach — happy to build relationships across teams and contribute ideas as the function grows.
