Join TUI's central marketing team to develop and deliver our first Marketing Capability programme. In this strategic role, you'll create the foundation for marketing teams to operate more effectively across our global business, defining the TUI 'way of marketing' and championing a 'One TUI' approach.

ABOUT THE JOB

You'll define common ways of working by introducing new processes and tools that deliver a more standardized approach to marketing across TUI's global operations. Owning the short and long-term capability roadmap will be central to your role, with clear deliverables as you lead our ongoing marketing capability programme. We'll rely on you to oversee the creation of toolkits and processes that deliver greater efficiency and improved business outcomes, guiding markets to implement these new tools effectively. Championing innovation will be key as you identify and implement new processes utilizing AI‑led solutions while staying current on the latest developments in marketing capability. You'll engage cross‑functional teams around key capability topics, leading conversations and gaining buy‑in for new processes with stakeholders across different markets and business units. Creating a more consistent approach to learning and development across MS & C will be part of your mission, ensuring all colleagues have fair and equal access to growth opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

You bring demonstrable experience in successfully developing and managing capability initiatives that have led to increased business efficiencies. You have worked across different regions, with a solid understanding of pan-European markets and cultural nuances that affect marketing approaches. You have demonstrable experience with managing external agencies to support in achieving internal goals. You have led change‑driving projects from conception to completion, delivering against timely goals and objectives with measurable results. You communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, building networks and influencing at all levels of the business to drive adoption of new processes. You're fluent in English, with additional language abilities (German, French, Dutch) being advantageous but not essential. You have a strategic mindset that can balance short‑term efficiency gains with long‑term capability development goals.
