Overview
In this role you will contribute to keeping our diverse fleet safely airborne by performing and certifying base maintenance tasks on airframes, engines, and components. You’ll work within Engineering and Maintenance to uphold regulatory compliance and high technical standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams on a global scale. You’ll apply your hands-on expertise to inspections, servicing, modifications, and repairs, while documenting tasks precisely and supporting continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Maintain aircraft to high technical compliance and presentation standards
- Complete and certify tasks under guidance from Senior Licensed Engineer
- Carry out inspections, servicing, component replacement, modifications, and repairs
- Use tools independently or in a team to maintain aircraft systems
- Accurately complete maintenance records and report time spent on tasks
- Develop skills and knowledge to meet quality standards and procedures
- Contribute to continuous improvement ideas
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve objectives
Key requirements
- EASA/UK B1 licence (current)
- Ideally one fleet type rating (737NG/737MAX/787), not essential
- Experience in a base maintenance environment
- Detail-oriented, well organised
- Motivated, able to work under pressure and meet timescales
- Ability to multitask in a team
- Excellent communication and positive attitude
- Willingness to work shifts
- Ability to obtain/hold required Airport Security pass
