Join our dynamic Commercial team as a Trading Specialist, where you'll play a pivotal role in maximising yield and driving commercial performance across our destination portfolio through strategic pricing, merchandising optimisation, and data-driven insights. The successful candidate will join the team once a week in our Surbiton office.

ABOUT THE JOB
You'll monitor and analyse key performance indicators for your assigned destinations, identifying trends that inform both tactical and strategic trading decisions. Working across all our channels, you'll ensure our product presentation and commercial sorting is compelling, timely and customer-focused to drive optimal performance. Leading the pricing strategy for your destinations, you'll set and adjust pricing based on market analysis to remain competitive whilst achieving strong yield and cost recovery. Through detailed evaluation of resorts, units and countries, you'll spot underperformance early and partner with Product & Planning Managers to implement corrective actions. Collaborating with our Bed Trading Specialist, you'll resolve accommodation supply challenges and develop strategies that maximise yield across the portfolio. You'll provide valuable insights and recommendations for Destination & Trading meetings, contributing to future season planning and bed briefs that shape our commercial success.
ABOUT YOU
You bring proven experience in price setting and yield optimisation, with a track record of driving commercial performance. Your exceptional numeracy skills enable you to interpret complex data and translate insights into effective trading decisions. With meticulous attention to detail, you maintain high levels of accuracy across all aspects of your work. You're comfortable working with spreadsheets and pricing systems, and whilst knowledge of BPS and Cyrus is helpful, we'll provide full training. Your strong grasp of market dynamics, combined with creative thinking, allows you to identify innovative solutions that maximise performance. Confident in managing competing deadlines, you make sound decisions in our fast-paced environment whilst considering both customer and colleague perspectives.
