Join TUI as Director of Performance Marketing and Digital Sales for TUI UK&I, you will be responsible for accelerating profitable digital growth by connecting customer demand, marketing investment and digital conversion.
You will define the strategy and direction for digital customer acquisition, digital sales performance and marketing effectiveness, with accountability for digital revenue, commercial targets and return on investment across the region.
You will also drive the delivery of that strategy through a multidisciplinary team spanning Performance Marketing, Digital Sales and Analytics, ensuring resources, investment and activity are aligned to business priorities.

ABOUT THE JOBYou'll define and deliver the UK&I Performance Marketing and Digital Sales strategy, connecting customer demand, marketing investment and digital conversion to accelerate profitable growth across web and app channels.
Leading a multidisciplinary team of approximately 80 colleagues, you'll create an environment where continuous improvement, collaboration and customer focus help people and performance thrive together.
As the marketing budget owner, you'll ensure investment decisions are guided by customer insight, commercial priorities and measurable return on investment.
You'll lead the strategy and execution of full-funnel marketing activity across paid media, CRM, SEO, affiliates, social, digital merchandising and ecommerce to maximise customer engagement and digital sales performance.
Working closely with regional commercial teams and central functions, you'll align marketing, product, technology and data priorities to unlock new opportunities for growth.
