You are the friendly face and helping hand that welcomes guests. From check-in to check-out, you create unforgettable holiday moments.

Your Tasks:

  • being the first point of contact for guests in case of questions, wishes and complaints
  • always being attentive when walking the club facilities to improve them and avoid future
  • staying in contact with the guests, socialize & know their names
  • taking responsibility for the quality and safety of the club grounds

What you should bring:

  • EU passport / EU working permit
  • being available for a full season (April until November or November until April)
  • experience in hospitality or fundamental knowledge in an assisting role
  • foreign language skills: English and German fluently,French on a conversational level, further languages are an advantage
  • strong communication skills and pleasure in dealing with guests with adiplomatic and always friendly attitude
  • an organizational talent capable to follow up diligently
