ZUR POSITION
- Kompetente Beratung und Begeisterung unserer Kunden sowie Verkauf von Reisen und anderen touristischen Leistungen aus unserem umfangreichen Produktportfolio
- Aktive Kundengewinnung und -bindung durch eine freundliche Kundenansprache – persönlich, telefonisch und digital
- Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Leistungsträgern (TUI Zentraleinheiten, Reiseveranstalter, Airlines, Hotels, Kreuzfahrtreedereien etc.)
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung unserer Arbeitsabläufe und Unterstützung des Teams bei allen im Reisebüro anfallenden Tätigkeiten
ZUR DIR
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tourismuskaufmann bzw. Reiseverkehrskauffrau (m/w/d)
- Berufserfahrung in einem Reisebüro von Vorteil, aber auch Berufsanfänger sind willkommen
- Ausgeprägte Fach-, Produkt- und Zielgebietskenntnisse wünschenswert
- Anwenderkenntnisse im Umfgang mit Reservierungs-/Buchungssystemen von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Verkaufs- und Berufstalent mit einer ziel- und serviceorientierten Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikative und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist
