ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll develop and maintain comprehensive analytics frameworks to measure and evaluate brand marketing performance across all channels and campaigns, creating dashboards that visualize brand performance trends.
- Leading the analysis of brand marketing campaigns, you'll determine effectiveness, ROI, and impact on brand metrics while providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
- We'll look to you to develop and refine attribution models to quantify the impact of brand marketing on customer behaviour and business outcomes, supporting planning and forecasting.
- Designing and analysing brand marketing experiments, you'll drive continuous improvement and innovation in brand strategies through A/B testing frameworks and statistically valid approaches.
- Your expertise will analyse customer data to identify target audience segments, providing insights that inform brand positioning and messaging strategies across customer journey touchpoints.
- Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales Analytics, Brand Marketing teams, Performance Marketing teams, and external brand research agencies, you'll communicate complex analytics insights in clear, actionable formats that drive strategic decision-making.
ABOUT YOU
- You have experience in marketing analytics with specific focus on brand marketing measurement and a strong understanding of brand marketing principles and metrics.
- You are a self‑motivated logical problem solver with strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to think strategically.
- Your strong understanding of statistical testing, attribution modelling and marketing effectiveness measurement enables you to quantify brand marketing impact.
- Your advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques includes proficiency with SQL, Python, R or similar platforms.
- You bring experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar to create compelling insights.
- You have a proven track record in translating complex data into actionable business insights that drive marketing effectiveness.
- You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills that help you present insights to marketing leadership and collaborate effectively across teams.
