As our Organic Growth Lead for Content, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how travellers discover and engage with TUI across digital platforms. This role can be based in either our Luton, Hannover, Rijswijk, Zaventem or Stockholm office.

ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll design and execute integrated AI-driven content strategies that accelerate organic growth across channels, focusing on building topical authority and driving performance.
- Working closely with regional teams, you'll define the logical structure and hierarchy of content assets using a hub and spoke model to establish comprehensive topic clusters for core travel themes.
- We'll look to you to lead our offsite content strategy and collaborate with Global PR/Brand teams to evolve link-building strategies and secure authoritative coverage.
- Your expertise will drive prompt engineering and content experimentation using GenAI tools to produce, test, and optimize high-impact creative content formats.
- Developing strategies for community-based platforms and Q&A forums will be key to driving high-intent organic traffic and capturing essential consumer conversations.
- You'll implement AI-driven content auditing frameworks to ensure our existing content library remains competitive and up-to-date, while championing experimentation and hypothesis-driven growth campaigns.
ABOUT YOU
- You have proven experience in content strategy, growth marketing, or digital strategy with a focus on content architecture, topic clustering, and structuring content for authority.
- Expertise in SEO fundamentals, AI content generation, and performance analytics is second nature to you.
- You've demonstrated success in offsite SEO, link-building strategy, and collaborating with PR/Brand teams.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for creative ideation, content optimization, and personalization at scale is part of your skillset.
- The ability to interpret and translate data into actionable content structure and growth decisions comes naturally to you.
- You're up-to-date on SEO trends, especially AI and multimodal search developments, and thrive in agile environments working with product, data, and creative teams.
