As Technical Training Instructor you will play a key role in delivering the TUI E&M Continuation Training Package and other specialized trainings to all E&M staff of TUI Airline across Europe. Join an international based team in a hybrid working model. 1 year fixed term contract.
ABOUT THE JOB
- Deliver Safety Training, including Human Factors and other Part 145 training, to all E&M staff via classroom sessions or remotely (Teams).
- Includes but not limited to:
- Goods receiving training
- Form 1 control and issue
- Train the Trainer
- Gen Fam Trainings
- Engine run-up & borescope trainings
- Other related Part 145 training requirements (EWIS, FTS, etc.)
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in either P-145 or P-M working environment (Bachelor in Aerospace or Part 66 AML would be advantageous).
- Experience in delivery of Part 145 continuation trainings; specialized tasks such as Form 1, Receiving Inspections, etc. would be advantageous.
- Experience using online training solutions (desirable but not essential).
- Maintenance Safety & Human Factors Instructor Training (desirable but not essential).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and independently.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong team player.
