ABOUT THE JOB

You'll accurately maintain and administer the WBS project management system, issuing and maintaining WBS project codes for all capital expenditure. You'll accurately record capital expenditure on our fixed asset ledger system, ensuring appropriate granularity and that FA balances are correctly posted into the general ledger. Monthly balance sheet reconciliations and capital reporting will be part of your remit, including WBS project tracking. You'll work closely with business units to ensure correct coding of expenditure, particularly retail property expenditure, and verify that sufficient supporting information is provided for capitalisation. Preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end data for both management and statutory reporting will keep you engaged. During month-end close, you'll support the Intercompany team with reconciliations.
