This role sits within Crystal Ski Holidays of our Commercial Division and reports into the Head of Marketing. Join our team as a Senior Insights & Research Manager for Ski, Lakes & Mountains where you'll lead customer acquisition, retention and insight strategies that drive our business forward through data-driven decision making. This role is hybrid, with an expectation of two days per week in our Surbiton office for managers.

ABOUT THE JOB
You will identify and lead key strategic focus areas for acquisition and retention strategies for our Ski, Lakes & Mountains business, bringing together specialists from across the business to inform solutions. We’ll look to you to manage and enhance our customer data feeds, enabling effective eCRM and direct mail campaigns while maintaining marketing preferences. Leading our end-to-end insight’s function, you’ll analyse customer data from multiple sources to create comprehensive customer profiles and identify behaviours and trends across customer journeys. You’ll develop interactive reporting dashboards that provide stakeholders with a common view of performance across the customer journey, empowering them to make informed decisions. Taking responsibility for customer research, both quantitative and qualitative, you’ll build business understanding of our customers and identify opportunities for improvement in the customer experience. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll provide brand and marketing insights that quantify campaign effectiveness and ensure we’re targeting relevant customer segments to maximise business performance.

You have proven experience in brand and customer insights, with a track record of delivering actionable recommendations that drive business growth. Your experience in brand measurement, customer experience, research or proposition strategy enables you to provide valuable insights to the business. With effective leadership skills, you can influence senior stakeholders and formulate strategies through careful analysis, research and strategic recommendation. Possess an excellent understanding of methods used to assess customer experience and brand measurements, allowing you to identify the most effective approaches. Developed analytical capabilities and experience with data processing and visualization dashboards enable you to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. Communication is one of your strengths, with excellent presentational skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
