ABOUT THE JOB
- You’ll set the strategic direction for how insight drives digital sales performance across UK&I, elevating measurement standards and strengthening our data‑driven trading capability.
- Leading the interpretation of digital sales performance, you’ll guide commercial decision‑making through regular reporting that highlights key trends and opportunities across our digital channels.
- Shape cross‑platform insight across web and app by directing analysis of behavioural shifts and identifying structural trends that influence trading strategy and channel performance.
- Oversee analysis of discounting, promotional mechanics, and pricing shifts to inform senior commercial optimization, providing forward‑looking recommendations ahead of trading cycles.
- Partner with Merchandising, Optimisation & Personalisation teams to support A/B and multivariate testing, ensuring robust insight underpins optimization decisions and translates into clear recommendations.
- Act as the senior analytical voice for Digital Sales, presenting strategic insights to leadership and building strong relationships across Sales, Product, CRO, Trading and central teams.
