ABOUT THE JOB
- You’ll conduct in-depth research on global flight markets, industry trends, and passenger demographics to provide valuable market intelligence and trend analysis to stakeholders.
- You’ll monitor competitor activities across routes, analyzing fare structures, schedule changes, and promotional campaigns to maintain TUI's competitive positioning.
- Screen capacity developments from airlines across markets and provide to Analytics function within Core services.
- We’ll count on you to screen and forecast capacity needs by monitoring airline schedule changes, new route announcements, and market developments to provide insights to our Analytics teams.
- Conducting competitor analysis will be essential as you evaluate offerings, pricing models, route networks, and market positioning to identify competitive advantages and areas for improvement.
- You’ll provide data-driven recommendations for route development and optimisation, suggesting pricing strategies and identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- You’ll develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators including route developments, airline flight plan analysis, capacity reports over all airports and markets.
- Collaborating with data analysts will help you interpret performance metrics and translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Designing and implementing research methodologies will address specific business questions and support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

- You have experience in market research, ideally within the airline or travel sector.
