ABOUT THE JOB
- Provide integrated financial oversight for Marella Cruises, ensuring visibility and transparency across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow.
- Lead Balance Sheet management by maintaining visibility on all accounts, effectively managing risks and opportunities, and ensuring a clean audit at quarter, half year, and year-end.
- Drive Cashflow forecasting with an iterative, continuous improvement approach to promote accuracy and maximise working capital.
- Support daily decision-making on hedging for Fuel, FX, and ETS, working closely with Treasury.
- Contribute to new build reporting by providing stakeholders with necessary information and insights, ensuring accounting treatment aligns with Group accounting.
- Implement process improvements to obtain timely and accurate data, harnessing the power of systems like Tableau, Databases, and BOXI to optimise processes.
ABOUT YOU
- You\'re a qualified Financial Accountant (preferably ACA or ACCA) with approximately three years post-qualification experience.
- You have strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- You\'re resilient and adaptive, with strong interpersonal skills to navigate changing priorities.
- You possess emotional intelligence with the capacity for empathy and understanding diverse perspectives within the team.
- You\'re a collaborative problem-solver who can work effectively with colleagues across Reporting & Control, Treasury, Tax, and the Shared Service Centre.
- You have the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly, explaining dependencies between P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow to various stakeholders.
