Retail Travel Advisor in Dartford

By joining the Retail Team as a Travel Advisor in our Bluewater store, we’ll support you to become a destination expert so that you can recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products. You’ll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company.

We have 3 positions available offering either 16, 20 or 22.5 hours each week. As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings at some of our busier stores.

If things don’t go to plan, you’ll need to be confident to actively investigate and resolve any question or complaint. As technology advances, so does TUI; you’ll receive training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers.
