Are you detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills? Join our Customer Claims team at TUI UK as an Audit Administrator, where you\’ll play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy and quality control across our claims handling processes.
We offer a flexible hybrid working model. While scheduled attendance at our Luton office is required, there is the opportunity to work from home part of the week. This approach supports collaboration and team engagement, while also offering flexibility to help maintain a healthy work-life balance.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Assist in auditing internal claim files against service levels, insurer practices, and internal procedures to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and management on audit results to improve overall performance.
- Create and manage housekeeping reports to identify data anomalies within the claims system and implement solutions.
- Monitor and develop control processes around the integrity of reserves, payments, and recoveries across system interfaces.
- Identify training needs and trends to recommend to the Audit and Data Integrity Executive.
- Support the department with various administrative tasks and assist management as required.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience with claims systems or file management systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Proficient analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to interpret management information.
- Understanding of personal injury claims handling processes.
- Ability to work calmly in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and the ability to monitor your own performance against targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
