Are you a marketing whizz with a compass for creativity and eyes sharper than a seagull? Then hop aboard—we’re on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to help steer the Marella Cruises brand. As a key member of our crew, you’ll be a brand guardian—keeping us aligned with Marella’s true north while navigating towards new horizons of success.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, internal teams, and partner agencies, you’ll help deliver campaigns that are consistent, distinctive, and full of value—our guiding stars. You’ll need a curious mind, a can-do attitude, and a flair for storytelling that brings our brand to life for customers and colleagues alike. Bonus points if you love a nautical pun. It’s an exciting time to join Marella Cruises as we strengthen our presence in the market and across the wider TUI business.
The role will be published until 5th November. You will be required to work in our Luton office on average one day per week. Salary between £28,500 - £30,000 per annum.

As a key member of our crew, you’ll be a brand guardian—keeping us aligned with Marella's true north while navigating towards new horizons of success. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver campaigns that are consistent, distinctive, and full of value across all acquisition channels. You’ll create and maintain brand assets, guidelines, templates, and toolkits to support our always-on approach to marketing. We’ll rely on you to monitor performance through post-campaign analysis and reports, sharing valuable insights with senior stakeholders. You’ll provide subject matter expertise for acquisition channels, handling briefings and approvals throughout the customer journey. Collaborating with agency partners, you’ll support the rollout and development of campaigns that bring our brand to life.
ABOUT YOUYou have proven experience in planning and delivering marketing campaigns and reviewing performance post-campaign. Your excellent attention to detail is matched with creative flair and an eye for design that helps our brand stand out. We’re looking for someone who remains organised, responsive and focused, even when navigating through busy periods. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to respond to changing needs and priorities in our dynamic environment. Communication comes naturally to you, with strong written, verbal and presentation skills that help you tell our story effectively. You’re a team player with the ability to build strong relationships across teams and divisions, bringing people together around our brand vision. Ideally you’ll bring your cruise industry experience to the table – your understanding of the unique cruise market, customer expectations, and competitive landscape will help us create compelling brand stories that resonate with our target audience.
