As Aircraft Transition Project Manager, you will manage projects related to the transition of the aircraft (End of Lease (EOL), Entry into Service (EIS)) as well as major fleet program projects. You will ensure that each project is delivered on time, to the agreed specifications, and within budget. Additionally, you will coordinate and facilitate routine Lessor/Owner physical aircraft inspections and manage the collection and supply of requested historical data as required. This role requires flexibility in working hours and occasional extensive travel due to third-party facilities and airport utilization.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Coordinate aircraft transition projects and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
- Serve as the primary contact between TUI and the Lessor/Owner during redelivery, managing meetings and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with TUI and Part CAMO organizations to ensure documentation and data meet standards and timelines, complying with lease and regulatory obligations.
- Maintain a centralized electronic archive for all project-related information and queries.
- Assist with logistics and security clearance arrangements for physical aircraft inspections.
- Manage projects related to EIS/EOL, fleet modifications, or other strategic activities.
- Oversee annual and mid-term aircraft audits.
- Promote continuous improvement, efficiency, and cost savings while enhancing the working environment.
ABOUT YOU
- Proficient in AMOS and support platforms like MyBoeingFleet, with knowledge of technical manuals (AMM, SRM, IPC).
- Skilled in interpreting lease requirements and ensuring compliance within TUI.
- Preferably 5+ years in a Part CAMO technical role.
- Experience with aircraft transitioning using Flydocs is advantageous.
- Degree in engineering or Part 66 License is preferred.
- Ability to work across cultures with multiple stakeholders from various markets.
- Commercial awareness and strategic decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage audits efficiently.
- Strong communication, project management, and presentation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
