You’ll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company.

As part of our dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings at some of our busier stores.

ABOUT THE JOB

Use your passion to inspire our customers and colleagues whilst enjoying a great amount of fun. Your drive to achieve will lead you to exceed your sales objectives; in Retail, we call it ‘Smashing your Targets’. You’ll embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer-engaged role both face-to-face and virtually. If things don’t go to plan, you’ll need to be confident to actively investigate and resolve any questions or complaints. As technology advances, so does TUI; you’ll receive training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers.
