– You\’ll embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer engaged role face to face and virtually
– If things don\’t go to plan, your colleague network will actively help you investigate and resolve any question or complaint
– As technology advances so does TUI, you\’ll receive support and training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge, skills and behaviours to confidently adapt your style to help answer questions whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers
– You\’ll be given time within your working week to complete practical and written assignments via your online learning platform and with the support of your manager and a dedicated learning coach you\’ll be guided through your apprenticeship with the aim to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

You\’ll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company.

As part of our commitment to provide exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you\’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including, weekends, bank holidays and evenings at some of our busier stores.
