  • Collaborate with colleague network to investigate and resolve any question or complaint.
  • Receive support and training on a variety of systems, enhancing knowledge, skills and behaviours to adapt your style and help answer questions.
  • Complete practical and written assignments via online learning platform; manager and learning coach guide through apprenticeship towards Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
