Your drive to achieve will lead you to exceed your sales and objectives, in Retail we call it 'Smashing your Targets'. You’ll embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer engaged role face to face and virtually. If things don't go to plan, your colleague network will actively help you investigate and resolve any question or complaint.
As technology advances so does TUI, you'll receive support and training on a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge, skills and behaviours to confidently adapt your style to help answer questions whilst bringing memorable holidays to life for our customers. You’ll be given time within your working week to complete practical and written assignments via your online learning platform and with the support of your manager and a dedicated learning coach you’ll be guided through your apprenticeship with the aim to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

As part of our commitment to provide exceptional customer service and flexibility for our customers, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week including weekends, bank holidays and evenings at some of our busier stores.
