With leading Contracts and Technology and Energy practices in Northern Ireland, we are looking for ambitious qualified solicitors with 2Y+ PQE, who are keen to work on some of the most significant transactions in the jurisdiction.
We have recently been ranked as Northern Ireland’s most active transactional advisor by leading industry data provider Experian for the tenth year in a row, advising on more than 25% of all reported deals in 2024. Our C&T and Energy teams work closely with our corporate and property colleagues in our market leading transactional practice.
Our C&T team advises across a range of general commercial contracts, data protection and intellectual property matters, with a particular sector focus on technology (including AI and Cyber Security). Our cross-departmental Energy team similarly advises across a range of energy related matters, but this role would have a particular focus on commercial contract and regulatory matters within the energy sector.
Each of these roles are based in our new state of the art offices in the Ewart building in Belfast with flexibility for remote work.
We offer competitive salaries alongside life assurance, income protection, private medical insurance, health and well-being initiatives, volunteering and an additional day off for your birthday. Our solicitors are also eligible for an attractive bonus scheme.
