About the role:
Tug requires an ambitious SEO Account Manager to join the agency who is keen to grow into a strong Account Director.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering on successful SEO campaigns for their clients, overcoming client challenges and bringing innovation and forward thinking that will gain a competitive market edge for our clients.
Main Duties:
- Formulation and execution of SEO strategies that deliver measurable client outcomes
- Hands on in key client deliverables
- Ownership of accounts within the SEO team
- Delivery of strategy across your accounts within the agency
- Be active in helping us to constantly push innovation and development in everything we do
- Take responsibility for SEO Execs development and progression within the team.
- Review the quality of team deliverables and help them to improve quality and delivery
- Develop internal processes to improve efficiencies within the team
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the SEO team.
Skills, knowledge and experience required.:
- 2+ years of hands on SEO experience
- Proven ability to implement successful SEO campaigns that drive measurable results
- Experienced in developing SEO approaches and hands on experience covering: Content strategy and development, Technical SEO, Link acquisition strategies.
- Experienced in tracking & measurement tools (GA, GSC, Looker etc.)
- Proactive and lateral thinker, able to break down complex problems.
- Hands on in approach
- Methodical in planning
- Fanatical about detail and analytical in approach
- Great communicator and confident presenting
