As a Biddable Account Manager specialising in PPC and Paid Social at Tug, you will be responsible for overseeing client accounts, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, and providing leadership to a team of Account Executives. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, fostering and nurturing strong relationships. Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness. Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focusing on PPC and Paid Social channels to meet client objectives within budget constraints. Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, and other relevant channels. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously optimize campaign performance. Lead and manage a team of Biddable Executives, providing direction, support, and mentorship to drive individual and team success. Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and facilitate professional development opportunities. Client Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for optimization. Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets across client accounts, including forecasting, cost control, and maximising profitability. Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services to increase client revenue and satisfaction. Collaboration with Account Director: Collaborate closely with the Account Director to develop and execute client strategies, ensuring alignment with overall departmental goals and objectives.
