Tug is looking for a proactive Designer who’s passionate about all things design and videography, bursting with ideas, and ready to make an impact from day one. This role sits within our Content team, but you’ll work closely with SEO, Paid Media, Data and Client Services — so collaboration and communication are key!
You’ll be responsible for supporting design across a variety of client work, from pitch decks and brand visuals to digital and video content, while also playing a pivotal role in shaping Tug’s internal brand identity.
You’ll need to be confident presenting your ideas and design direction, especially in new business pitches where we’re selling creative concepts. A strong grasp of social media content and platform specific formats is essential — we’re looking for someone who understands what makes a reel pop, a post get shared, and how to design with engagement in mind. You should genuinely love posting and managing socials, experimenting with content, and staying ahead of the latest trends.

- Design, develop and edit engaging pitch decks.
- Help evolve and refine Tug’s internal brand presence and marketing materials.
- Passionate and proactive in leading social media design output, with a sharp eye for visually compelling content that performs well on grids and feeds—both for internal branding and client campaigns.
- Proven experience in design for performance marketing including knowledge of what works in paid social and display formats.
- Create compelling, platform-native content for social media, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement.
- Support with video editing and motion graphics across both client and internal work.
- Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, and Data teams to ensure design aligns with performance goals.
- Communicate your creative ideas clearly and confidently in internal and client-facing settings.
- Maintain high standards of design quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
3+ years design experience – ideally agency side.
- Able to create compelling video content that looks polished and purposeful across platforms.
- Confident presenting your ideas and owning your creative direction.
- A strong interest in social-first design and a deep understanding of platform formats (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Passion for editing.
- Strong organisation and time management — able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
Key Software Skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite – especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
Bonus: A supportive, creative, and collaborative environment. The chance to work across high-impact campaigns with real creative ownership. A key role in shaping Tug’s visual identity and growing design offering. Be part of a fun, down-to-earth team that values initiative and fresh thinking.
