Tug requires an experienced Account Director to manage client relationships and drive forward channel strategy and results. Tug is a multi-award-winning digital media agency based in Shoreditch, with offices also in Toronto, Sydney, Berlin and Singapore. We work with a number of well-known brands such as Merlin Entertainments, Canal & River Trust, Zipcar and many more!
You will have an eye for detail and be meticulous in your processes, with excellent understanding of performance marketing channels, especially SEO, Paid Social & PPC. You will carefully nurture your relationships with clients and your team alike, calling out roadblocks before they can arise and drive best-in-class performance for your clients and the agency.

You are the key between the agency teams and your clients. It is your responsibility to ensure all deliverables that leave the agency are of high quality, fit for purpose and to the high standard that our clients deserve. You’ll also manage your own revenue book, identifying areas for up & cross-selling across the business, and assisting the new business team with pitches.
In return, you’ll be given the flexibility and support to grow - we don’t believe in micromanaging! We’ll help to upskill you in the areas you identify, and listen to your feedback as you in turn help the agency to grow. Alongside your salary, you’ll get private health care, dental, office lunches three times a week (from a range of providers and cuisines!) and commission on new business & renewals.
