Tudor Grange Academy is seeking a dedicated Inclusion Manager to lead internal inclusion, intervention, and SEND provision strategies, working with SLT, SENDCo and pastoral teams to support vulnerable students and reduce exclusions.
You will oversee inclusion/reflection provision, manage de‑escalation strategies, and engage with parents and external agencies to foster a trauma‑informed, therapeutic learning environment.
