Redwood, a specialist provision within Tudor Grange Academies Trust, seeks a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support students with Autism Spectrum Condition. You will work with the Lead Teacher of SEN to promote engagement, independence and achievement in a structured, nurturing environment.
You will contribute to individual education plans, develop positive relationships with students and families, and support learning activities across the curriculum.
