Tudor Employment Agency Ltd are currently recruiting for a Site Operative for our prestigious client based in Avonmouth (BS11).
The specific duties include:
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently (Counterbalance FLT licence required)
- Completing pre‑operation safety checks and ensuring all certifications remain valid
- Reporting any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly to supervisors
- Maintaining a clean and organised yard area, including daily inspections
- Ensuring storage areas comply with all health and safety regulations
- Directing and marshalling vehicle movements around the site
- Guiding incoming and outgoing vehicles to appropriate areas
- Ensuring safe distances are maintained between vehicles and pedestrians
- Assisting site chemists with day‑to‑day operational tasks
- Supporting smooth site operations as part of a wider team
Rate of Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours of Work: 7.30am – 4pm (40 hours per week, 30‑minute unpaid lunch break per day)
Contract End Date: 27/02/2026 (Long‑term sickness cover — potential for extension)
Candidates MUST hold an in-date accredited Counterbalance FLT license in order to be considered for this role.
