Pay Rate: £13.98 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 08:00am – 16:30pm / Friday: 08:00am – 15:30pm

Role Overview: We are currently recruiting for a Dispatch Operative to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis with an immediate start available. This role involves ensuring orders are picked, checked, and dispatched accurately while supporting a small team to meet daily targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing orders accurately in line with dispatch requirements
  • Checking goods thoroughly before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Ensuring all orders are dispatched on time to meet deadlines
  • Supervising and supporting a small team of 2–3 operatives
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Assisting with general warehouse and dispatch duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous dispatch experience is essential
