Tudor Employment Agency is Hiring: Healthcare Recruitment Consultant Join our Care Division at our Head Office in Walsall and become part of a thriving, diverse, and well-established recruitment team. Reporting to the Division Manager, the successful candidate will deliver top-tier customer care to both clients and candidates while growing in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Full-cycle recruitment (360°) of Care agency workers, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates and placing candidates * Conduct Right to Work checks and other pre-employment verifications * Ensure all DBS checks are current and compliant * Maintain a ready pool of candidates to meet client needs * Respond promptly to client requests as per company standards * Provide on-call support to meet client requirements * Meet and exceed team targets * Manage business opportunities, leads, and referrals while promoting the full range of healthcare recruitment services * Drive new business through proactive telephone and face-to-face sales activity Key Skills and Experience: * Recruitment or resource experience, ideally within the Care sector * Strong drive to succeed in a fast-paced team environment * Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities * Excellent administrative and communication skills * Collaborative mindset with a focus on growth and long-term career development Benefits: * Competitive Salary * 29 Days Annual Leave (up to 39 days based on service) * Early Finish Fridays – 4:30 PM * Comprehensive Training and Development Opportunities * Warm desk Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4:30 PM finish on Fridays) Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience and skillset
