Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for anExperienced HR Advisorfor our client based inBilston, WV14.
Our client is a respected organisation within the logistics sector. This is a key opportunity to join a dynamic HR team and support a workforce that plays a vital role in supply chain and distribution operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and compliant transition for affected employees, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and care.
Duties will include:
- Provide expert HR guidance and support throughout the third-stage redundancy process
- Conduct consultation meetings with employees across logistics and warehouse functions
- Prepare and issue formal documentation including redundancy letters, outcome notices, and settlement agreements
- Liaise with operational managers and senior stakeholders to ensure consistent application of redundancy procedures
- Maintain accurate records of all consultation activity and outcomes
- Support redeployment efforts and signpost employees to internal and external support services
- Advise on statutory entitlements, notice periods, and redundancy calculations
- Assist in drafting and reviewing policies and communications related to organisational change
- Monitor employee wellbeing and provide appropriate HR support during transition
- Ensure all activities are aligned with employment law, company policy, and logistics industry best practice
Requirements:
- Proven experience in handling redundancy and organisational change processes
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversations
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Contract:Fixed Term Contract – until February 2026
Hours of Work:Monday to Friday – negotiation available on working hours within a 37.5 hour working week
