Contracts Coordinator (6 Month Temporary Contract)

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm
Tudor Employment are recruiting for a Contracts Coordinator on behalf of a leading environmental and business services provider.
This role would suit a highly organised administrator with strong communication skills who can provide efficient support to operational teams, customers, and suppliers in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a key contact between customers and operational teams
- Booking collections and liaising with external service providers
- Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Managing contract administration and maintaining records
- Handling customer and supplier queries
- Supporting security clearance processes
- Assisting with KPI reporting and client meetings
- Providing payroll cover and administrative support when required
- Ensuring SLAs, processes, and procedures are met
- Supporting the wider operations team with administrative tasks
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous administration or contracts support experience
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience using Google Workspace and business systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively to deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
