Contracts Coordinator (6 Month Temporary Contract)

Cannock

Β£13.46 per hour
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Tudor Employment are recruiting for a Contracts Coordinator on behalf of a leading environmental and business services provider.

This role would suit a highly organised administrator with strong communication skills who can provide efficient support to operational teams, customers, and suppliers in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as a key contact between customers and operational teams
  • Booking collections and liaising with external service providers
  • Raising purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Managing contract administration and maintaining records
  • Handling customer and supplier queries
  • Supporting security clearance processes
  • Assisting with KPI reporting and client meetings
  • Providing payroll cover and administrative support when required
  • Ensuring SLAs, processes, and procedures are met
  • Supporting the wider operations team with administrative tasks

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous administration or contracts support experience
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience using Google Workspace and business systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively to deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
