Tudor Employment Agency are currently looking for Night Recycling Operatives to join our well-established client, based in Four Ashes, Wolverhampton (WV10).
Our client is a well-established waste management business and requires reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team.
Please Note: Due to the location of the company, you will require our own transport or live very local.
Key Responsibilities:
Sort and segregate different types of waste materials, including plastics, paper, glass, metals, and household waste
Operate sorting machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
Inspect incoming waste materials to ensure compliance with regulations and company guidelines
Remove contaminants and non-recyclable items from the waste stream
Monitor waste disposal processes to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource recovery
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sorting area
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production targets and quality standards
Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry best practices and regulations
