Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Personal Support Assistant or our client based in Nottinghamshire.
This is a temporary position β providing administrative and practical support to a visually impaired Co-Production Officer in the Adult Social Care Sector.
Pay Rate for the Personal Support Assistant:
Β£12.85 per hour
Duties of the Personal Support Assistant:
β’ Help create and proof-read visual materials (e.g. posters, leaflets)
β’ Use Canva or similar β training can be provided
β’ Describe visual content like graphics or websites to make them accessible
β’ Take notes in meetings for the Co-production Officer as required
β’ Support the officer in getting to meetings and events, including booking venues and travel
β’ Provide support at meetings and events (e.g. guiding, reading materials)
β’ To work to defined business standards and processes; performing a wide range of business support tasks with due regard to confidentiality and safeguarding
β’ Undertake data input and data management ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
β’ Experience and competence using Microsoft IT and common business support packages including word processing and spreadsheets
Skills for the Personal Support Assistant:
β’ Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, able to work effectively with minimal supervision to meet challenging objectives and deadlines
β’ A good standard of written English and Mathematics to at least GCSE C/ level 4 which can demonstrate an ability to work at this level or demonstrate relevant experience
β’ Ability to attend to details, quality minded with a flexible and positive approach to tasks
β’ A committed team player, honest, loyal, and trustworthy. Keen to develop and continually improve both on a personal level and in terms of contributing to the performance of the authority

Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
