About the Role:

  • Act as the customer’s main point of contact throughout the vehicle lifecycle
  • Meet & greet customers and collect diagnostic information
  • Liaise with workshop and allied departments
  • Approve additional work and manage vehicle logistics
  • Upsell products and services
  • Update CRM with accurate customer and vehicle information
  • Provide reception cover when required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Keyloop / Kerridge experience – Essential
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Professional, personable and organised
  • Previous dealership background – Essential

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 8am–5pm

1 in 3 Saturdays: 9am–1pm
