About the Role:
- Act as the customer’s main point of contact throughout the vehicle lifecycle
- Meet & greet customers and collect diagnostic information
- Liaise with workshop and allied departments
- Approve additional work and manage vehicle logistics
- Upsell products and services
- Update CRM with accurate customer and vehicle information
- Provide reception cover when required
