Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Tool Maker / Bench Hand for our client based in the West Midlands. We are looking for an experienced Tool Maker / Bench Hand to join a well-established, family-run business known for career stability and a dedicated team with members having over 30 years of service.

Duties of a Tool Maker / Bench Hand will include:

  • Utilise your toolmaking background to understand plastic injection mould tooling and procedures for repair, modification, and servicing.
  • Work on bespoke tooling up to 10 tons.
  • Apply your experience with hydraulics, hot runners, and hand tools.
  • Machining skills and experience with TIG and laser welding are advantageous.
  • Experience with overhead cranes and forklifts is a plus (training available).
  • Demonstrate good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Produce high-quality work efficiently, maximizing your earnings based on your abilities.

In order to be considered for the role of a Tool Maker / Bench Hand:

  • Previous experience is essential

Hours of Work: 7:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday
