BRC & ISO Compliance Manager
Wolverhampton
£38,000 - £40,000 per annum
8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch)

We are seeking an experienced BRC & ISO Compliance Manager to oversee quality, compliance and accreditation across our manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain BRCGS, ISO and FSC certifications
- Manage quality systems, policies and procedures
- Lead internal and external audits
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
- Conduct compliance risk assessments
- Deliver compliance training and promote a quality-focused culture
- Work closely with Production, Operations and HR teams
- Monitor compliance KPIs and report to senior management
About You
- Previous experience in a Compliance or Quality Management role within manufacturing or production
- Strong knowledge of BRCGS and ISO standards
- Lead Auditor qualification desirable
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and IT skills
