Job Purpose
The Marketing Campaigns Manager will work with the Group Head of Marketing to plan and deliver targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns across Tuckwells’ business verticals. The role plays a key part in integrating sales and marketing across the business, through effective use of CRM and customer data, combining analytical thinking with creative campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Campaign Planning & Audience Management
- Contribute to customer acquisition, retention and reactivation through effective targeting and timing.
- Support the development and optimisation of automated customer journeys and lifecycle campaigns.
- Manage audience selection and targeting, ensuring activity aligns with sales priorities and customer opportunities.
- Use customer data, segmentation and personalisation to define audiences and improve campaign relevance.
- Manage CRM-led campaign delivery, defining messaging and creative execution across appropriate channels.
- Maintain accurate data, campaign tracking and CRM hygiene to support effective campaign reporting.
- Sales & Marketing Integration
- Work with Ag Sales, Turf Sales, Aftermarket and Technology teams to identify campaign opportunities.
- Translate sales priorities into structured marketing activity and targeted campaigns.
- Support alignment between sales and marketing activity through regular planning and communication.
- Contribute to the development of a consistent sales and marketing operating rhythm.
- Content & Channel Coordination
- Develop campaign briefs and coordinate content creation with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Support delivery of content across website, email, social media and CRM channels.
- Ensure messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and relevant supplier frameworks (e.g. John Deere).
- Performance & Optimisation
- Track campaign performance, including engagement, leads and conversion where applicable.
- Use data and insight to identify areas for improvement across campaigns and channels.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to the Group Head of Marketing.
- Support a continuous improvement approach to marketing effectiveness.
Skills, Experience & Requirements
- 3+ years experience in marketing, campaigns, or digital marketing roles.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and customer data (experience with Microsoft Dynamics beneficial but not essential).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (email, web, social, SEO).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Would suit someone with junior marketing campaign experience who is looking to take the next step to full campaign accountability.
