We offer fully accredited John Deere apprenticeships for:
- Agricultural Technician – emphasis on agricultural machinery
- Turf Technician – emphasis on machines used by sports turf businesses and garden machinery
2026 Apprentice Intake
We would like to hear from you if you’re interested in an apprenticeship starting in September 2026. The following depots have a vacancy (you will need to be able to commute to the depot on a daily basis):
- Ardleigh, Essex – CO7 7LG
- Baldock, Hertfordshire – SG7 5DP (a new depot in Newnham (just outside Baldock) which will be opening Spring 2026)
- Worlingworth, Suffolk – IP13 7HU
Hours: 39 or 40 hours per week, depending on location
Benefits: Company Benefits such as: Healthshield Cash Back Plan, Employee Assistance Programme, Long Service awards, Financial Wellbeing meetings, company pension scheme, paid holiday plus bank holidays as well as overtime opportunities.
Application process: As part of the application process you will need to complete an application form and three online assessments. The assessments cover the areas of: English, Spelling and Grammar, and Maths. We also require a minimum of GCSE Grade 4 (or above) in both Maths and English.
