Are you a Duty Accredited Criminal Solicitor ready to lead? This is your chance to shape and own your own area with the UK’s leading criminal defence firm. We’re offering employed Partner-level opportunities—not consultancy—so you can build something long-term, with full backing from a national team.

We’re looking for experienced Duty Solicitors with the ambition to:
✔️ Establish and grow your own criminal law team
✔️ Take full autonomy over your caseload and structure
✔️ Be rota-ready for January 2026 (LAA PIN deadline: October 2025)
