Tuckers Solicitors are looking to recruit 2 Trainee Solicitors / Accredited Police Stations Representatives (or have Part A completed) to join our team in London.
SALARY: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus bonuses and overtime.
DUTIES:
- Attend Police Stations and assist in the management of cases (help cover 4/5 days each month on out of hours call rota)
- Support fee earners with research, case administration, and document management
- Analyse information/evidence and provide insightful findings
- Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, and colleagues
- Represent the firm in court and draft witness statements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Have obtained your Police Station Accreditation (Part A at least)
- Have obtained either LPC/SQE - This will expedite our commitment to offering a future training contract.
- In-depth knowledge of criminal law and procedure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organisational ability
- Proficiency in IT systems
- 4 days in office (1 day working from home - subject to business needs) - After successful completion of probation.
