We’re directly authorised and fully independent, with no ties to any provider—giving you the freedom to recommend what’s right for your clients.

Full administration and paraplanning support is available on site, helping you spend more time advising clients and developing relationships.

• Support with complex financial planning

  From retirement and investments to inheritance tax planning and trusts, we have the expertise to support you in meeting more complex client needs.

• Support towards Chartered status

  We want to help you develop your expertise and progress professionally, including support towards achieving Chartered status.

• A package that works for you

  We offer both employed and self-employed arrangements. Employed salaries range from £45,000 to £70,000, depending on experience and the client bank you bring, with self-employed packages discussed individually.

• A considered approach to succession

  Thinking about your eventual retirement? We can work with you to put a succession plan in place, with flexible remuneration arrangements and a carefully managed handover. Your clients will receive personal attention from our team, with continuity and care at the heart of the process.

What we’re looking for

• A Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, DipFA or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Experience providing regulated financial advice and building lasting client relationships.
• A sound understanding of pensions, investments and protection, with a willingness to develop expertise in more complex planning.
• A commitment to high standards of client care, compliance and positive client outcomes.
• Someone who enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive, local team.

An existing client bank would be welcomed and reflected in the package offered. Chartered status or working towards it would be advantageous, with support available for further development.
