We're searching for an exceptional HR leader to join one of the UK's most ambitious and intellectually distinctive charitable organisations. This is a rare opportunity to own the full people agenda at Group level, partnering directly with the CEO and Executive Team to shape culture, capability and organisational effectiveness across a 500 person, multi-entity group.
As CPO, you'll define and deliver the people strategy, drive organisational design and culture, lead on talent and leadership development, and oversee a high performing people function spanning both UK and international operations. You'll be a trusted adviser to the most senior stakeholders, influential at Board level, and equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves at a tactical level when needed.
What we're looking for:
- A seasoned CPO or senior HR leader with genuine strategic credibility and hands on delivery capability
- Background in consulting, technology, or similarly complex, intellectually demanding environments would be a real advantage
- Ideally experience within large multinationals as well as small, scaling organisations
- Experience navigating unionised workplaces and leading annual pay negotiations beneficial but not essential
- Deep expertise across the full HR spectrum: OD, culture, reward, L&D, ED&I, ER and talent
- A genuine innovator β someone who brings evidence based thinking and challenges convention in how organisations develop their people

- London, hybrid β minimum three days per week in the office
- Β£115,000 β Β£155,000p/a plus benefits including private medical, dental, and flexible leave
