Interim People Transformation Lead

Interim HR Transformation Lead – £500 to £600 per day – 6 month contract – London/Hybrid

Our client, a small but ambitious, healthcare organisation is seeking an interim HR Transformation Lead to support them for an initial 6 month contract.

On the back of a recent review, you will develop and implement a People transformation roadmap to provide workforce improvements including areas such as recruitment processes/practice, policy review (e.g. annual leave, sickness, etc) and policy compliance measures, and review of team structures as well as the change delivery around this.

Reporting to the CPO but working closely with the Exec, and part of the Steering Committee, you will be an experienced HR Transformation candidate, well versed in areas such as change management, change impact/readiness assessments, excellent stakeholder management skills, be very data driven, and pragmatic in approach. You will likely have prior experience as a HR Business Partner and, ideally, have worked in the healthcare sector previously.

This is a hybrid role requiring someone c.3 days in their London office and is an urgent hire so we’re looking for someone to start ASAP.
